There has been many studies that prove that wine is actually beneficial to our health. Before going into more details of the benefits wine has, i have to mention that everything in excess is bad.
So Wine in moderation have the following benefits:
Wine helps you preserve your memory.
Wine prevents clots and reduce blood vessel inflammation, which are related to heart diseases.
People who drink wine daily have lower body mass index than those who do it only on certain occasions.
Wine can boost your bodies defenses.
Wine can help you build stronger bones.
Wine reduces the risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes.
Wine promotes longevity.
